1. We do not accept interbank transactions. Only accept DBS/POSB transfer.
2. Mode of distribution is by post or self collection at Tampines/Bedok/Ubi or Eunos.
3. Items not collected within 4 weeks of arrival will be confiscated.
4. Please leave the email address of the email that you check frequently, as updates will only be done through emails.
5. Gift Boxes are limited and only available upon request. Bigger items will come with a complimentary dustbag.
6. Customers are required to place a 50% deposit for each item pre-ordered. Deposit will be refunded when the item is out of stock.
7. All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
8. Customers can opt for an airpack envelope (additional $1) to protect the item.
9. Postage will be fully beared by the customers.
10. We only post by registered mail (additional $2.24) to ensure the safe delivery of your item(s).
11. VoxLab will not be responsible for any damage or lost of the items through mail delivery.
12. Delivery only available in Singapore.
13. VoxLab reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or remove portion of these terms and conditions at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes.
